It’s important to note that Mapping Aliases are only used during the import process. When you manually import data into Incident IQ, you must map the values from the import to target values in Incident IQ. After the imports are complete, all the mapping values are located under the Mapping Aliases tab.

To navigate the In Mapping Aliases tab, click on Administration > Mapping Aliases. You will see the different category tabs in the Mapping Aliases tab at the top. On each tab, you can view the mapping or search by the name of the mapping.
By clicking on the mapping, you can change the Name or Status. Then click Save.
