Users with the correct permissions can manually run a sync for an individual asset. On the assets details page, you can select Push Data, and this will run a sync for the specific asset. This will first write any changes back to Google and then refresh the metadata displayed for that asset within iiQ.
Users must have the Edit Asset Details permission to perform this sync action.
Also, a write-back feature has to be enabled or configured on the district’s site for the Push Data button to appear on the assets details page. This can be iiQ writing back a custom field or the additional writeback options for Google.
Any field mapping where mapping direction = Incident IQ --> Google Devices.
Any option selected under the “Additional write-back option section” for the district site.
