FAQ - Why is the link in my Knowledge Base Article not Displaying Correctly?

If the linked site does not allow its content to be embedded within third-party sites, the URL may not render correctly or display an error on the in-page display within the Knowledge Base article.

To repair this issue, simply check the “Open in New Window” option within the article editor.

Checking this option will ensure the Knowledge Base article shows as a link within the page instead of showing an error-loading webpage or video.
