Incident IQ Free Apps
At Incident IQ, we offer a wide array of free applications to take your district’s site to the next level. From sending district-wide messages through the Announcement app to attaching videos with our Screen Recorder app, there are multiple additional features at your fingertips.
The Announcements app allows you to create and manage announcements for your district. Announcements make it simple to send out district-wide messages, styled based on the urgency of the announcement. This app helps to restrict announcement visibility based on user role and select date ranges which announcements are visible.
The Advanced Ticketing app enables districts to create more in-depth workflows with the Incident IQ platform. You can assign multiple subtickets nested under a single parent ticket, create a list of tasks for every ticket, and create rules that trigger new tickets to be generated, even across products within Incident IQ, such as Ticketing, Facilities, and Human Resources.
The Fee Tracker app allows school-related fees to be attached to users, assets, and tickets. You can generate fines, record payments, and generate invoices through Incident IQ. Also, the Fee Tracker widget is visible when working on a ticket or multiple tickets, viewing an asset details page, or from a user profile.
The Remote Support Ticketing app gives you the ability to create a remote support form, allowing districts to set up and provide the same customizable ticketing experience for non-incident IQ. Guest users will simply access the platform through a URL link and be asked for their user details at the beginning of the ticket process. The Remote Support Ticketing app can capture the user's email address, the location of the ticket, and the specific issue on the ticket.
With the Screen Recorder App, you can record and attach video and audio from different monitors and audio sources. Next, you can record your entire desktop, an individual application, or an individual browser tab. Also, you can use the Screen Reorder custom field to allow screen recordings to be attached to designated ticket types during submission.
The Status Board app allows you to add an up-to-date service message for users to see when there is an updated status about the service. This app will enable you to specify if the service is a slight service interruption, a moderate service interruption, or unavailable.
