Please note, this knowledge base guide is only relevant if your district has purchased the iiQ Events Module.
You can view event details on the Event Details tab from the iiQ Mobile app for any IT or Facilities tickets created for an event. The information displayed is the same as on the Event Details widget on a ticket.
The user will see the list of Locations associated with the Event and room numbers associated with the Event for that location. At first, it will show five locations in the list that can be expanded by selecting the Show All Locations button to show all. Selecting the Show Less button will shrink the list back down to five.
The Event Details will only appear if IT or Facilities ticket is related to an event. The user should not have to be within the iiQ Events product on mobile in order to view this info.
