Incident IQ Premium Apps

Our Incident IQ Premium apps are ready to take your site to the next level. Enhanced Approval Workflows, Password Assistant, and Support Messenger are just a few of the apps with unique features to increase the productivity of your agents and district site.

The Enhanced Approval Workflows app empowers districts with new tools to better manage specific workflows that require one or more approvals. Maintain district compliance requirements, keep records on past approvals, and make informed decisions.

The Form Manager App helps to build, manage, and distribute custom forms to collect data within your Incident IQ workflows. The app digitizes stacks of cluttered paperwork and keeps it organized and accounted for within Incident IQ. Also, the Form Manager app allows districts to import pre-existing PDF forms.

For districts using LocknCharge FYUL Tower smart lockers, our new integration is a game-changer. Agents can select a smart locker bay from an Incident IQ help ticket, making it simple to distribute new or spare devices to users in seconds. Simply select the bay, and the requestor will be sent an email containing all the info they need to pick up their new device.

The Password Assistant app automates password resets and recovery. Password Assistant supports all major SSO environments, including Google SSO, Microsoft Azure, ADFS, and Local AD. The app offers multiple password recovery options and saves time and effort for district administrators and tech support personnel.

The Policy Manager app lets you create and manage various student and employee policies. The policy agreements can be delivered through multiple avenues—through Incident IQ, a direct URL, or student ID lookup. Also, multiple language support is available for the Policy Manager app.

The Support Messenger App helps you stay organized with threads tied to tickets. Agents can message directly with requestors about a ticket as it's being worked and easily drag and drop files, share screenshots, link Knowledge Base articles, and even use emojis. Messages can be tied to specific help requests, with message transcripts visible in the Ticket Timeline.

The Support Scheduler app lets you quickly set up support sessions with ticket requestors. You can provide requestors with a range of available times and allow requesters to choose a time that works for them. Also, you can easily track these support sessions on your Incident IQ calendar or export scheduled events to a third-party calendar.


Payment Processing Apps

We integrate with multiple Payment Processing apps along with our Fee Tracker app. These apps allow fees and fines to be added to tickets while syncing payment processing through the integration.

The InTouch Payments Fines app allows districts to sync fee and payment information securely between InTouch and Incident IQ. This data keeps InTouch information up-to-date with fees and payments applied in Incident IQ, and vice-versa. The Intouch app also allows you to attach fees to multiple tickets, and then you can use batch actions to apply for school-related fees and payments.

The MySchoolBucks app makes it fast and easy to register fees and payments for users, tickets, and assets, and generate statements and check balances. The fees can be attached in bulk with groups of tickets or assets. This integration ensures seamless and secure data communication between Incident IQ and MySchoolBucks.

The Square app lets you attach payments to help tickets, users, and assets. The Square integration makes it easy to generate statements and check balances. With the app, the IT team can create fee-related automations with rules. The communication between Incident IQ and Square is seamless and secure.

The Stripe App helps you add fees on Chromebooks and other technology during device collection. The app can also generate receipts and invoices for parents and guardians. Stripe can be used to register fees for users, tickets, and assets. There is secure and seamless data integration between Incident IQ and Stripe.

The Vanco app lets you synchronize fee and payment information between Vanco and Incident IQ. The Incident IQ integration for Vanco Payments allows K-12 districts to attach payments to help tickets, users, and assets. Vanco also makes collecting fees easier with immediate, electronic payment methods.
