Rollout Scout Configuring - Checking Out Devices

When checking out devices, you have the option to configure the data that displays when scanning/entering the user's student ID. You can select from default data field(s) as well as app-created custom fields (Policy Manager, Payment Process Apps, SSO apps, etc.)

Also, you can enable the Auditory Feedback to play a sound to notify if a check-in/out was successful or if an error has occurred.

Navigate to the Rollout Scout App and select Manage.

Next, enable the version 2 checkout experience. Then select which default data field(s) you would like to display when checking out a device.

Also, you have the option to display custom field(s), and app-created custom fields (Policy Manager, Payment Processing apps, SSO integrations, etc.) from the drop-down menu. When adding a custom field, you have the option to include a caption to be displayed on the user profile widget displayed during checkout.

There is no limit on how many fields districts can add.
