There are two locations within the platform where you can set up user access to Rollout Scout Batch Check In/Out.
Under Dashboard, located in the left navigation. This feature is frequently used for teachers or other requestor roles, specifically to grant access solely for Batch Check in/out.
Under Assets in the left navigation. This is frequently used by agents.
You can give users (agents and requestors) the ability to use the batch check-in/out based on location under the Permissions tab. Select the custom policy you want to update or copy an existing one.
In the next step, navigate to the Assets section and enable the Batch check-in/check-out and Assign Owner options. Once these two permission options are enabled, users will be able to access the batch check-in/out feature directly from their dashboard.
By enabling the Batch check in/check out and the Assign Owner, as well as the Assets Left Nav permissions, users will be able to access the batch check in/out feature under the Assets section located in the left navigation menu.
