Labor Analytics
To access the analytics widget for Labor, access Report > Tickets from the left navigation. The Analytics Explorer page will show Labor Widgets:
Labor Logged (total hours)
Labor Cost (total cost $)
Labor Logged Over Time (total hours over periods of time: every week/month)
Labor Cost Over Time (total cost $ over periods of time: every week/month)
These widgets show the data within the filtered time range and other filters applied at the top of the page.
Every widget's data can be saved as an image, PDF, or exported to PowerPoint.
Additionally, the entire page and all the widgets can be saved as an image or exported as a PDF by clicking the Export icon at the top right corner of the page.
Labor Reporting
On the Labor Report page, you can view the costs associated with the labor logged by each district agent in one high-level report. This list shows any user with an hourly rate related to their profile.
Users will need the “View Labor Reports” permission to view the Labor Report page on the left-hand navigation and its contents.
