Yes! iiQ Admins and Agents have the ability to download all PDF files attached to a user profile in bulk from the Files widget included in user profiles.
Files will be downloaded individually, and the file name will include the user's name and the file name.
Only PDFs format files can be bulk exported, other types are not supported.
Users may need to disable pop-up blockers if they experience issues with files not downloading after clicking the Download PDFs button contained in the Files widget.
