Labor Rate Filters
Labor filters can show how much total labor time or total labor dollar value was used on tickets. There are three filters for Labor:
Labor Type
Ability to filter in Ticketing Views
Total Labor Cost
Ability to filter in Ticketing Views and Asset Views
Total Labor Time
Ability to filter in Ticketing Views and Asset Views
The Total Labor Cost filter uses comparable operators to show tickets or assets based on a specified dollar amount of labor.
The Total Labor Time uses comparable operators to show tickets and assets based on a specified number of hours of labor.
The Labor Types filter shows tickets with a specified labor type.
