You can set labor rates using bulk actions for users in the Ticketing and Facilities modules. You can do this in mobile user grid views by multi-selecting the users to whom you wish to add the labor rate and then choosing the More dropdown > Set Labor Rate.
To set labor rates in bulk in Mobile, users must have the ‘Manage Labor Rates for Users’ permission in the module where they will perform this bulk action (iiQ Ticketing, iiQ ).
In the mobile app, open the left-hand nav, then scroll down to find and select the ‘Users’ section to access the list of users.
First, select the desired multiple users from your list to adjust the labor rates for multiple users at once. Next, navigate to the ‘More’ dropdown and choose ‘Set Labor Rate’ to apply the new rates accordingly
On the next screen, you will be prompted to select a Labor Type from a list of available options, a required field. Additionally, you can input the hourly rate corresponding to the chosen labor type before selecting ‘Update Users’.
To proceed, click the button labeled ‘Yes, Update Users.’ A green progress bar will appear, displaying a "100% Complete status, indicating that all changes have been successfully applied.
