Labor Record on Tickets in iiQ Mobile

In the iiQ mobile app, when working on a ticket, users have the option to specify the Agent who performed the labor and the Date it was performed on the "Add Labor Type" tab. Once entered, these details can be viewed in the "Performed Labor" section on the Progress tab, where a list of labor records with the agent's name, date, and time will be displayed.

Upon logging in, the Agent field will automatically display the user's name, and the Date field will show the current date.

If the user enters the date in the wrong format and tries to save it, an error message will appear saying: ' Please complete the following fields: ‘Time entry must be valid numbers for hours and minutes. Date must be in format MM/DD/YYYY.’
