Users who navigate the login page will not find the "Forgot Password" button. Instead, they will encounter a link labeled "Reveal alternative login options." An additional login option and a "forgot password" link will be displayed upon clicking this link.
When users click the "Forgot Password" link, a new information box appears, stating that this process will not be effective if the login is linked to a Single Sign-On (SSO) account.
If your district does have the premium app Password Assistance, the login page will display the Forgot Password button.
Local users created with an import will not have login abilities.
From now on, the "Reset Password" function will be used to log into the district's Remote Support Ticketing system.
This does not apply to Mobile logins.
