To grant your teachers access to view student details, it is essential to ensure they have the appropriate permission options enabled in their permission policy. Specifically, they will need the following permissions: ‘View User List and Details’ and ‘View User Left Navigation.’
Once a teacher has access to the student/asset page, hovering over each will highlight it in blue, indicating they can click on it and drill down. If hovering isn’t available, then they cannot access that page.
If there is a red Read-only lock sign in the student section, hovering over it will not highlight it, meaning they don’t have access to that page.
