FAQ - Is there a Mobile Redirect option when using a device with the mobile app installed?

Yes! To access the ‘Redirect to Mobile App' option, navigate to the User name in the top right-hand corner of the screen and select the drop-down option. Then, choose the Options > Settings tab. You will find this option under Usability.

  • Toggling this ON allows you to be redirected to the mobile app upon refreshing the page or moving between modules when installed on a device with the Incident IQ mobile app.

  • Toggling this OFF means you will remain in the web application in the browser and NOT be redirected to the mobile app.

Please note that these settings are product-specific.
