Yes! To access the ‘Redirect to Mobile App' option, navigate to the User name in the top right-hand corner of the screen and select the drop-down option. Then, choose the Options > Settings tab. You will find this option under Usability.
Toggling this ON allows you to be redirected to the mobile app upon refreshing the page or moving between modules when installed on a device with the Incident IQ mobile app.
Toggling this OFF means you will remain in the web application in the browser and NOT be redirected to the mobile app.
