iiQ Mobile App - Installation of iiQ Mobile

Excited to take your Incident IQ ticketing and assets on the go? Here are the steps to install the mobile app on your mobile device.

First, you will want to locate the Incident IQ mobile application by searching for the application in the Google Play Store or in the Apple App Store.

You need to install the application and open it. This will take you to the Incident IQ app Landing Page inside the app.

Once you are on the Landing Page, you will click on Check for Updates to ensure that the Incident IQ application is as up-to-date as possible.

The check for updates button will show a new message that should let you know that the app is up to date.

Next, type out the district address that your district uses to access Incident IQ. If you are unsure what to place here, it should be the first part of the URL used when logging into Incident IQ while on the desktop. Please note that for the screenshot below, I used an example district, so the district address your district uses would be different.

Click continue. Then it is redirected to the login page. Here you can either log in using your SSO credentials by clicking on the SSO button or your district can type out their username and password to login if they have an account created locally in Incident IQ.

It will redirect you to your Incident IQ dashboard where you can see your open tickets. Using the Incident IQ Icon, it will open up the left nav bar which can be used to navigate Incident IQ as well as submit new tickets.

Optional Instructions for Facilities Users:

Within the Incident IQ application, the default login page is set to the IT side. If you are a Facilities user logging in for the first time, you will also need to switch products to the Facilities side. To do so, you click on the Incident IQ icon in the top-left of the screen and then you will select “switch products.”

This will take you to the Facilities Dashboard, which is differentiated by the green color coding. Here, facilities tickets and facilities assets can be managed. The next time you log in to Incident IQ, you will be directed to the Facilities side automatically.
