If verifications are enabled as an option in My Classes, you can always verify students' assets in your homeroom. So that you know, your district may also allow you to verify assets in your other classes. To begin verifying assets, click on My Classes in the navigation on the left side.
On the next page, you must select the class in which you want to verify assets.
Once you have selected your class, you can verify assets by clicking on Verify Assets near the top of the class roster page.
This will bring up the Verify Student Assets section. The location of the asset verification will default to the class location. If needed, you can specify the room number for verification as well.
At this point, you can begin verifying assets by entering the asset tag or the serial number of a device. If available, this process supports the use of a barcode scanner.
Alternatively, you can scan devices using a web camera by toggling the Use web camera option as well.
