Submitting Tickets Through My Classes

The My Classes feature in Incident IQ allows you to access your class rosters based on information pulled from your district's Student Information System integrated with iiQ. This will enable you to see your entire selection of classes and class rosters and quickly submit devices on behalf of students.

When My Classes is enabled, you can quickly identify and submit tickets for students through a class roster. To begin, click on My Classes.

On the next page, you will need to select the student's class for whom you want to submit a ticket.

From the class roster page, you can submit a ticket by clicking on the Submit Ticket option for any student.


This will open up a new window to complete the ticket submission process. Please note that while the ticket will default to submitting a ticket for the student’s device, you can click on the back button to submit a ticket for another issue.
