FAQ - Can Intune support for multiple tenants?

Districts will now have the ability to authenticate the Intune/iiQ integration with more than one tenant as needed. There are no limitations on how many tenants can be added, and the authentication process will remain the same for each unique tenant the district would like to integrate with.

To add multiple tenants, the district will need to click Add New Domain displayed in the top-right corner of the “Overview” tab of the app management page. After clicking, the user will be prompted to authenticate using an existing Microsoft account with admin access.

To remove a tenant that is currently authenticated, users will need to select Options for that tenant and then select the “remove” option.

To re-authenticate a tenant that is currently authenticated, users will need to select Options for that tenant and then select the option to “Re-authenticate.”
