Aside from your ticket statistics, the Mobile Dashboard is broken down into five critical sections, as highlighted below:
Menu Icon - This opens the navigation menu, allowing users access to more features inside of Incident IQ Mobile
Search Bar - This can be used to search for tickets, assets, and users
Highest Priority Tickets - useful to see the tickets that need the most attention so you can handle them efficiently
District Tickets - Shows the number of tickets by location, in order of greatest to least
To-Do List - Shows the list of current tasks and items either added by the user or assigned to them by others
