Disable or Enable a Chromebook from iiQ Mobile App

iiQ Admins and Agents can disable or enable a Chromebook via the Rapid Scan prompt that appears after scanning the device and from the asset profile in iiQ Mobile App.

This option is only available to users if:

  1. The district has enabled the remote actions for “disabling/enabling Chromebooks” remotely via the Google Devices integration.


  2. The user has been granted permission to use this action (if they’re an Agent).
