Submitting a Ticket With Quick Tickets

The fastest and most preferred ticket submission method for requestors is to use the Quick Tickets selections on your Dashboard, which are populated with assets assigned to your user account.

The options in the Quick Tickets section vary depending on the settings your district's administrator has configured.

Ticket Submission Process

  1. Ticket Wizard: Opens after selecting a Quick Ticket option.

  2. Choose Category: Select the problem category that best matches your issue. You can use the search bar to quickly narrow selections.

3. Describe Problem: Use the dialog box to explain your issue in greater detail.

4. Urgency and Sensitive Info: Identify the ticket’s urgency and whether it contains sensitive student information (e.g., PII).

5. Required Fields: Ensure any field marked with a red asterisk is completed, as district IT leadership has marked these as required

6. Submit: Select Submit Ticket.

7. Confirmation: The page redirects to the Ticket Details page, and you receive a confirmation email.
