iiQ Facilities - My Submissions Page

The My Submissions page is a dedicated work queue that lets you view and manage work orders you’ve created, whether for yourself or for others. This page centralizes visibility into the current status and progress of these specific requests.

Core Benefits

  • Streamlined Monitoring: Track the progress of your submitted work orders without needing to search through broader, complex administrative grids.

  • Request Separation: Users who frequently submit requests for others can quickly review those requests separately from their assigned responsibilities.

  • Targeted Search: Locate specific past work orders using keywords, work order numbers, asset identifiers, or the original requestor’s name.

Navigation

Accessible in the iiQ Facilities module under Dash > My Submissions in the left navigation menu.

Tab Options

  • For Me: Displays work orders you submitted for yourself.

  • For Others: Displays work orders you submitted on behalf of others.
