The Event Details widget is located on the right side of an event ticket. This widget provides agents with a summary of key event information, including the Event ID, Status, Organization Name, Location/Rooms, Date/Time (which includes setup and breakdown times), and responses to any custom fields associated with the event ticket. If a field is not provided for the specific event, it will not be displayed within the widget.
If the associated organization’s insurance is set to expire between today and the event date, a yellow alert will appear with the message: “Insurance Expires XX/XX/XXXX.” If the insurance has already expired as of today, a red alert will display: “Insurance Expired XX/XX/XXXX.”
