iiQ HRSD - Adding Multiple Forms to Tickets

When using Incident IQ's Human Resources Module, you have the ability to add multiple forms to a step in the onboarding process. This also applies if you are adding multiple forms to a ticket.

The guide below applies to districts that have purchased the Forms Manager App. If you have the HR Service Delivery module, the Forms Manager App is included.

This is accomplished by using Custom Fields. Navigate to Admin > Custom Fields. When creating a new field, you will select the Field Type > iiQ Form Submission. Then choose the form that has already been created.

Repeat the same steps for any additional forms you wish to include in the ticket submission process.

Next, you will need to add these custom fields to the tickets.

Now, when a requestor submits a ticket for the defined conditions, they will see the multiple forms.
