Send invoices to parents and guardians in just a few clicks. Use parent/guardian contact information imported from your district’s SIS to make sending invoices simple using your district’s payment processing app. Invoices and statements must be emailed manually.
Please note, emailing the parent/guardian option only shows from a user's profile or user grid. You are not able to send an email to a parent/guardian from a ticket or asset view.
Sending an Invoice
To send an invoice to the parent/guardian, select the gear icon and then Generate Invoice.
Then select the Email option. Here, you can send the invoice to the user. As well as the parent/guardian.
You also have the option to send the invoice to additional email addresses. Click Generate. Now an email containing the invoice has been sent.
Sending a Statement
To send a statement to the parent/guardian, select the gear icon and then Generate Statement.
Then select the Email option. Here, you can send the statement to the user. As well as the parent/guardian.
