Site Options
Site Options allow you to customize how you and your users interact with Incident IQ. This includes default options for Remote Event Ticketing, submitting Multi-Date Events, and other settings that affect event functionality. Click on Administration > Site Options in the left-hand navigation bar to access this feature.
Hovering over this icon will display the date, time, and who last modified each option. Changes made to these options may take up to an hour to take effect and may alter the ability of users to access and use certain features of Incident IQ.
Enable External Accounts: Enables users to register accounts via remote event ticketing to submit event requests.
Enable Multi-Date Events for Requestors: Enables requestors to submit Multi-Date event requests.
Enable Recurring Events: Allows users to submit recurring events and controls the visibility of the ‘Recurring’ toggle when submitting an event request.
Event Fee Hourly Rate Charge for Partial Hours: Define the calculation of fees for partial hours in events. For example, if the hourly rate is $10 for a 1-hour and 10-minute event, the fees can be rounded as follows:
Rounding to 1 hour: $10 × 2 = $20
Rounding to 30 minutes: $10 × 1.5 = $15
Rounding to 15 minutes: $10 × 1.25 = $12.50
This method ensures that the fees are accurately adjusted based on the time of the event.
Event ID Format: Allows users to format how Event IDs are generated. {counter} is required, but you can add an alphanumeric character before or after to append the Event Id: AB{counter} or {counter}AB.When a new event is created, it will append the ID and show as AB1234 or 1234AB.

| Override Room Availability | Allows users with the ‘Manage Events’ permission to book events outside of the availability configured for a room. This includes the ability to override Room Availability times and Lead Time Thresholds. |
