Districts may be required to verify third-party app access in Google for each iiQ/Google integration they use. A super admin account privilege within Google can perform this and will prevent users under 18 from needing access from a Google admin to use iiQ.

Configuration Steps
Log in to the Google Admin Site as a user with Super Admin privileges.
In the search box at the top of the page, search for API Control and navigate to this page.
Click on “Manage Third Party App Access.”
Click on “Add App”. Select “Oauth App Name” or “Client ID” from the dropdown.
Enter the ClientId for the Incident IQ app (included in the previous section) to whitelist. Click Search.
Hover over Incident IQ in the App name list and click Select.
Check the box next to the OAuth Client ID to add. Click the Select button.
Select which part of your organization to configure access for. Click Continue.
Select “Trusted.” Click the Continue button.
Click the Finish button.
