Setting Initial Product when Initial Logging

Admin-role users in iiQ will now have the ability to determine which product users are directed to immediately after logging in to iiQ Mobile App successfully for the first time. This will make it easier for Facilities Agents to quickly navigate to what they need in the iiQ Mobile app after logging in, and eliminate the confusion of being logged into iiQ Ticketing automatically after logging in.

This setting sets the product they log into in both iiQ Web and iiQ Mobile. If a user is logged out and required to log back in, they should be taken to the product that they were in during their last session.

You can set the Initial Product by using bulk actions on a Users View. First filter your view, select the users, select Other > Set Initial Product.
