The Asset Explorer page contains a Cost Tracking tab, which provides access to essential information for multiple assets.
When users navigate to the Cost Tracking tab in Assets Explorer, they are prompted to choose filters for aggregating values.
The grid will show the list of Assets based on the applied filters.
The total number of Assets listed in the View, given which filters are applied to that view.
The Total Current Book Value is calculated using the Total Current Book Value of all the assets listed in the View.
The Average Book Value of all the Assets listed in the View.
If some filters are not compatible, a warning message will be displayed, prompting their removal.
To see new results, you can refresh by selecting the Refresh Results link.
If no filters are chosen, the grid will display a message advising the user to select filters to view Asset Depreciation and Cost values.
You will see "---" in place of values on the aggregation cards
In place of results in the Asset List will be an empty state message reading:
"Add one or more filters to view Asset Depreciation and Cost values. Click here to add a filter"
