iiQ Resources - Reporting

You have the ability to generate detailed reports for a variety of scenarios. These reports include comprehensive analyses such as Resource Costs, which outline expenditures associated with different resources, and Ticket Count By Year, which tracks the number of tickets processed annually. Additionally, you can examine Resource Costs by Purchase Order, providing insight into specific orders and their associated costs. These options are just a few examples of the reporting capabilities that are available to you.

Reports can be accessed through Reports > Reporting. A dropdown allows the selection of a specific report.

The Resource Cost report displays a list of assets at all locations, along with their quantities and average prices per asset.

The Resource Costs by Funding Source displays the Funding Source Name, the number of times the resource was purchased with the Funding Source, the Total Order Price, and the Average Price of the Resource.

The Resource Costs by Purchase Order report displays the PO Number, Quantity of items purchased on the PO, Total Order Price on the Purchase Order, and Average Price of the resources included in the Purchase Order.

The Resource by Location and Room report displays the list of all assets per location and room (if available). The report includes the total quantity of assets at the specific location, the available amount, and the checked-out quantity.

When using Model the model name is copied to the AssetName Field. This will populate the AssetName field in the Basic report.

The Ticket Count By Year report displays the number of tickets created per calendar year in all iiQ modules.

Each report has export functionality. Click Export on the Report. A modal will display indicating when the export is complete.

Click on the Report Export card and the file will download to the user’s computer in Excel format.

The following permissions are needed to view reports in the Report>Reporting left navigation.

To view reports, users must have both permission options enabled:

This report shows the list of only those resources that don’t meet the minimum quantity requirement, in other words, whose available amount (Available column) is less than the minimum available amount (Min Available column), signaling to the user what resources must be restocked.

If the Min Available quantity of the resource is adjusted so that it’s less than the Available quantity, that line item will not show on this report, meaning that it meets the minimum requirement.
