Please note, Assets can only be verified if they are part of an active Audit Policy.
Problem/Solution
Problem: An asset is not included in an existing Audit Policy (e.g., its Asset Status does not meet the policy's criteria).
Solution: The asset's status must be updated to comply with the Audit Policy's defined criteria (e.g., Location, Asset Status).
Best Practices for Inclusion
Isolate Assets: Scan or add the non-compliant assets into a custom view.
Select: Bulk select the assets using the checkboxes.
Update Status:
Policy Inclusion: The assets will automatically appear in the Audit Policy after the status change.
Verification: Bulk-verify the assets as Correct. They will then display under the corresponding filter in the Audit Policy.
Example
If an Audit Policy includes only "In Service" and "In Storage" assets, an asset marked "Lost" must have its status updated to a compliant value (e.g., "In Storage") before it can be included and verified.
