The Audit Manager allows you to set up and manage any number of policies to formalize the audit process. Utilizing filters, these audits can be as broad or narrow as needed. In addition, each audit policy operates independently, allowing your district to run multiple audits at once.
Audits also include powerful reporting tools. This includes new fields for pulling audit reports from the system and visual statistics breaking down the overall verification status of all the devices covered under an audit policy.
Administrators and agents can access the Audit Manager by selecting Assets > Audit Manager on the left navigation bar. Please refer to our comprehensive help guide for Audit Manager.
Verification
You can perform a quick audit of an asset to quickly verify the information of an asset stored in the system. To do so, begin by clicking on the Verifications/Audits tab. Next, you’ll want to click on the Add Verification button.
At this point, a pop-up window will appear. From here, you can confirm location information and add a comment if necessary before saving. You’ll now see your verification appear in the Verifications timeline.
