Installing Microsoft Entra ID SSO

The Microsoft Entra ID SSO App allows admins to seamlessly integrate Microsoft Entra ID's secure single sign-on feature into Incident IQ (iiQ). This enables users to confidently and easily sign in using only their Microsoft Entra ID-associated account.

Prerequisites

Before beginning the installation process, you will need the following:

  • Login credentials to an account with admin read-only access to all users, groups, and group subscriptions within your domain.

  • Pop-up and Ad blockers are disabled for Incident IQ.

Please note that all information entered during installation can be edited at any time after setup.


Installing the App

Once you have the prerequisites, select Incident IQ Apps > Browse on the left navigation bar. Click the desired SSO app located in the Single Sign On section, then select Install to begin.

Step 1: Provides an overview of what the SSO App will install in Incident IQ. Select Continue once you are ready to proceed.

Step 2: Select Authorize Incident IQ and follow the instructions in the pop-up window. If no window appears, check that you have white-listed Incident IQ with any Pop-Up or Ad blockers you use.

  • In the pop-up window, you will be asked for permission to allow Incident IQ to view your users, groups, and group subscriptions on your domain. To install this app, you must select Allow.

Step 3: You will be asked to review all the changes about to be made to your Incident IQ site. Once you have completed your review, select Install App to begin the integration process.

  • Please keep in mind that the installation process cannot be stopped once started.

Once the installation is complete, users can use the SSO feature in Incident IQ.
