You can create your own Asset Group, making it easier and faster to find assets. Your Asset Group will show on the Asset Explorer page.
Creating Asset Groups
Create the Asset Group on the Assets tab. In the top right corner, click +New Group to open the Asset Group Designer.
Enter the name of the new Asset Group, then add filters to drill down what you want your asset group to reflect.
You can also customize the different columns for the asset group under the column tab.
The asset groups will show for every user.
The asset groups will show on the Asset Explorer page under Asset Types. All groups will be accessible here.
Editing / Deleting Asset Groups
You can edit the filters and columns by clicking the edit button on the right of each Asset Group. You can also delete the Asset Group by clicking the Delete button in the bottom left corner.
Only the user who created the asset group can delete it. iiQ Admins cannot delete an asset group, even if the original owner is no longer in the district.
