The ClassLink SIS Integration allows administrators to seamlessly integrate ClassLink SIS data with Incident IQ through the OneRoster API. This enables efficient management of sync and mapping options for users, groups, and locations across both programs in a single location.
Prerequisites
Before beginning the installation process, ensure you have the following ready:
OneRoster Credentials: Your OneRoster URL, consumer key, consumer secret, and expiration date.
Location Setup: Ensure Locations are already set up in Incident IQ. This allows for accurate mapping of data points between ClassLink and iiQ.
Note: All information entered during installation can be edited at any time after setup.
Installing the App
Navigate to Incident IQ Apps > Browse in the left-hand navigation.
Locate the desired SIS app and select Install.
Follow the steps to complete the installation.
Review Overview
Review the installation overview and select Continue to proceed.
OneRoster Configuration
Enter the following required details:
URL
Consumer Key
Consumer Secret
Expiration Date
Validation: Click Validate & Save.
Identify Locations
The system will automatically attempt to map ClassLink locations to existing Incident IQ locations.
Locations that fail to map automatically will be highlighted in orange.
Manually select the correct location for any highlighted items. While optional, it is highly advised to ensure all locations are mapped correctly.
Once installed in Incident IQ, click Manage App Settings to configure settings and run your first data sync.
