FAQ - How to View Your iiQ Support Tickets

To efficiently access the support tickets you have created in the iiQ system, follow these steps:

  1. Open the iiQ Support Bot: This can be accessed through the bottom right corner when logging into iiQ.

  2. Navigate to 'Tickets: Look for the 'Tickets' option within the bot interface and select it.

  3. View Your Tickets: In this section, you will find a detailed list of all the support tickets you have submitted. This includes key information such as the current status of each ticket, submission dates, and any responses from the support team.

This streamlined process allows you to easily track your inquiries and monitor the resolution of any outstanding issues, enhancing your support experience.

For iiQ Admins: If you hold the iiQ Admin role, you’ll have access to a specialized portal tailored for efficient support ticket management. This portal enables Admins to view, track, and respond to all support tickets submitted through the iiQ Support Bot. By consolidating requests in one place, Admins can monitor the status and history of each ticket, leading to quicker resolutions and improved communication with users.
