When setting our Asset Management Integration (e.g., Intune, Google, Filewave, Microsoft SCCM) to verify our assets automatically, why does Incident IQ’s Audit Manager not reflect that the device is “Verified” on the same day?
Please wait for the nightly sync for Audit Manager to reflect that your Asset Management Integration has verified the deceives.
When you are setting up the automated verification with your asset management integration, you are telling your integration when and how often you want to check the devices. This will look at the last user logged into the device and compare it to the device owner in iiQ.
You are able to see that your asset management integration has verified your devices on the assets details page under the timeline section and the verification/audit tabs.
