Model categories consist of parent and child categories. You can add these categories either manually or through bulk import by going to Admin > Import Model Categories. A CSV template spreadsheet is available for download on that page. In this spreadsheet, you'll enter your parent and child categories; the spreadsheet refers to child categories simply as "category name" (e.g., Novels > Novels EL).
