User Mappings
Managed by iiQ Administrators. Changes require an Incident IQ support team member. These settings affect only iiQ account information; data stored in the SIS will not be affected.
Translate Email: Translates the domain name of the district’s SIS email addresses to another domain inside iiQ. Used when AD/SSO and SIS email domains do not match.
Append to Username for Email lookup: Appends an email domain to a user’s username. Used when a user lacks an email address in their SIS account to ensure the username matches the AD/SSO account format.
Import Options
Controls when iiQ imports, skips, or deactivates accounts/calendars based on SIS data.
Field Mappings
Controls update priority and field updates.
Checkboxes: Enable/disable user data fields for syncs.
Important: Unchecking a box prevents ANY app from syncing data into that field (e.g., unchecking Phone prevents all apps from writing to that field).
App Priority:
Allow any app to update: Prioritizes other applications if they are pulling in the selected system.
Always Update: No prioritization; this field is always updated.
Click Save before navigating away to ensure changes are applied.
