FAQ - How can I follow a ticket I'm not working on?

To follow a ticket you are not currently working on, you must have View Access. By becoming a Ticket Follower, you can receive email notifications on these tickets as long as you have the appropriate notifications option turned on. To become a Ticket Follower, select the ticket you wish to follow and select the Followers tab, located directly above the ticket timeline.

This will display users currently following the ticket. Click your cursor in the white space next to these names and select from the drop-down list or begin typing the user’s name you wish to add as a ticket follower (including yourself).

In addition, tickets that you are a Follower of can be found on the left navigation bar under Tickets by “Tickets you are following.”
