The default dashboard for iiQ Resources incorporates widgets that are available across all iiQ platforms. In addition to these standard widgets, iiQ Resources offers exclusive pre-configured reports that can enhance your dashboard experience. Overdue Resources By User
The Overdue Resources by User dashboard report is defaulted on the Resources Dashboard. The widget shows the first 10 matched records. The Overdue Resources by User Dashboard widget will sort users based on the number of overdue resources they have, in descending order, showing the user with the most overdue resources first.
Resources with the Highest Overdue Count
The Resources with the Highest Overdue Count dashboard widget is a default on the Resources Dashboard. The widget shows the first 10 matched records.
Overdue Fines
When a payment app is installed and set up for a district, the "Overdue Fines By User" widget will be available for you to add to your dashboard. This widget enables you to quickly view the overdue fines associated with your users directly from your dashboard.
Selecting Show All Users will direct you to the Reporting tab in the Fee Tracker app.
